Development of human resources has been one of the priority initiatives of the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council since its inception in 2005. Today, the advancement in science and technology has influenced all spheres of our daily life. It is therefore essential for each and every citizen of our country to become ideally educated to successfully pursue their goals. This is especially vital for those born during the 21st century.

In spite of efforts by the Central and State governments to improve the quality of education at every level in the state, the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council aims to find other effective ways to complement such efforts for further improvement in academic performance of students.
The SKAC is resolute to create an atmosphere for cent percent literacy and formal education with meritorious academic results within the community. Bearing in mind the challenges that may be confronted during this exercise, we are determined to march ahead in our endeavor.
The Council has undertaken various initiatives to enhance educational progression and values among students of the community.
